This winter, Quai Ouest transforms into Chalet Quai Ouest 1200, a true alpine getaway by the water. On the menu: comforting winter dishes perfect for sharing—porcini tartiflette, mountain-style burger, baked Mont d'Or, and more. But as all good things must come to an end, Chalet Quai Ouest 1200 will take its winter break starting March 20. Enjoy it before winter bids us farewell!
